Absolutely, our furrends will have access to water very frequently. Additionally, they will not share water or bowls with other dogs to prevent the transmission of potential diseases.
If you are here for daycare, you don't need to bring anything except for your dog's lunch if needed. However, if you are here for boarding, you need to bring your dog's food. You need to meet the requirements of Hollywoof if you are a new customer.
At Hollywoof, we do not tolerate any form of bullying between dogs. Our employees are trained to supervise the dogs very closely and to take immediate action in any emergencies. Additionally, we do not accept aggressive or potentially aggressive dogs. We reserve the right to reject such dogs and provide a full refund.
To ensure the health of all our furry friends, please take your dog to the vet for treatment before bringing them to public places. Hollywoof is always open, so there will be plenty of opportunities for us to meet once your dog is healthy.
Yes, we have limited spots a day. Reservations is essential. Call 7786912871 or email info@hollywoofpet.ca to book!
To ensure your safety, we do not allow customers to enter our daycare area, as some dogs may overreact when they see a stranger. You can view our facility on our website, under Tour or social media, where we regularly post updates and share glimpses of our happy, playful environment.
Play between dogs can sometimes result in minor scratches or bumps, which is normal. However, if your dog is seriously injured by another dog, we will promptly provide first aid and transport them to a veterinary hospital if necessary, while also informing you immediately. We handle aggressive incidents seriously, ensuring that the injured dog receives compensation from the owner of the attacking dog. Additionally, we will no longer accept the aggressive dog in our daycare.
If the owner of the attacking dog does not cooperate or refuses to take responsibility, we will report the incident to the Animal Control Center for further assistance from the authorities.
A late fee of $5 will be charged if you are late up to 30 minutes. After that, you will be charged the full day daycare price if your dog was here for part of the day or pay an overnight fee.
